PL/2021/10226 – Butlers Farm House, South Street, Broad Chalke, Salisbury SP5 5DN

Proposed Works to Trees in a Conservation Area. G1 – Group of 5 mature Ash trees – Remove to 5 metre monolith. The group are all showing significant signs of Ash Die Back. Need to remove the crown due to targets such as neighbouring properties and children in the gardens.

Works to a Listed Building. Replacement of guttering and downpipes.

East Knoyle

PL/2021/10169 – Hartmoor Barn, Underhill Wood Nature Reserve, Underhill, East Knoyle, SP3 6BP

Full Planning Permission. Conversion and extension of existing barn/equestrian building to form a new dwelling with ancillary holiday let, plus landscaping and associated works.


PL/2021/10022 – 27 Hillside Drive, Gomeldon, Salisbury SP4 6LF

Householder Application. Demolition of dining room and conservatory with part garage. Construction of extension to south elevation to provide better accommodation together with associated works and construction of detached double garage.

Proposed Works to Trees in a Conservation Area. 1 – Holm Oak tree – one-third crown reduction. 2 – Yew tree – one-third crown reduction. 3 – Prunus tree – one-third crown reduction.

Proposed Works to Trees in a Conservation Area. T1, T2, T3 – All Willows (Crack) with historical pollards. All trees have decay at base and are subject to strain from extended growth. Re-pollard all three trees.

Works to a Listed Building. To remove and replace the main roof of the house due to the poor condition of a number of principal timbers and the sub standard rafters which have caused the structure to fail.
