‘Significant delays’ to Salisbury Reds R1 bus service today

The R1 Salisbury Reds service is experiencing ‘significant delays’ today.

The company tweeted this afternoon (Friday, November 19) to warn of disruption.

The website says delays are likely to last until 6pm.

The R1 service runs from Salisbury District Hospital to Bemerton Heath, via the city centre.

From next Sunday (November 28), the R1 service will also change due to driver shortages in the UK.

The new R1 timetable can be viewed by clicking here.

The driver shortage has caused some disruption to Salisbury Reds services recently.

The company is advising customers to keep up-to-date with changes by downloading the Salisbury Reds app to track buses in live time.
