Fire crew called to Salisbury city centre shop

A Salisbury fire crew was called to a city centre shop on Saturday evening (August 7).

At around 7.40pm, a fire alarm was activated in a retail property in Catherine Street.

A crew attended and, following a thorough check, it was found to be a false alarm.

Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service says it is unable to confirm the exact shop address.
